Get in the spirit this holiday season. Join 42d MED STARS, tie bells to your shoes and raise funds to fight arthritis. If you have a schedule conflict or a prior engagement, you are welcome to sign up as "sleep-in participant" and you will be "honorably excused" on the day of the run! Of course, I would prefer seeing you there :-)
There are at least five ways to have fun!
1. The Tot Trot- 4 yrs old and younger
2. The Santa Chase- 8 yrs old and younger
3. The 1 mile Walk/Run- Anyone
4. The 5k Walk/Run- Anyone
5. The Sleep In option- YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE TO SHOW UP! Just join the team
and sleep in!!! You still get the T-Shirt (while supplies last)! What a great way to contribute for the cause.
For these who have joined, thank you so much for your contribution to the Annual Jingle Bell Event. Your dedication and pledge is greatly appreciated by the Arthritis Foundation and, most importantly, by millions of people who suffer from one of the leading disability in the United States. No doubt, the economic is as tough as it can be right now and just after contributing to CFC campaign not long ago and you still find your heart to reach out is beyond recognition! My hearty thanks to each of one of you!
